HelloIs it true that those in the military do NOT pay State taxes just federal?If they do what state do they pay it to? If their home town address is PA but they are in NC currently deployed... thanks

It depends on the state, not every state exempts military from taxes. They would pay to the state they enlisted from. But, PA happens to be one of the states that they do not have to pay income taxes...
